Oh my how much do I love these: “Slaughterhouse Starlets” by Keith P. Rein

One of the most exciting things i’ve seen in a long time…3D printing making the leap into the fashion world. This amazing dress was created for…who else?…Dita Von Tease. Stunning.

One of my favourite things about the Tube and about living in London in general is the Art on the Underground initiative by TFL. I am constantly amazed by the beautiful illustrations, paintings and mosaics that are present, often preserved, within many tube stations. Here is just the latest example of work commissioned by TFL; a series of labryinth-style illustrations created by Mark Wallinger which will hang in each underground station as part of the Tube’s 150th birthday celebrations.

12 Months of Neon Love is a lovely project by two artists in West Yorkshire. Combining their love of Neon and Time they have constructed neon signs which have hung outside their workshop displaying lyrics to popular love songs.

The project has been made into a book which you can buy here

FLOWER SCULPTURES PARADE IN ZUNDERT, NETHERLANDS

Bloemencorso, the annual parade of flowers in Zundert. Despite the relatively small nature of Zundert (a small town with a population of about 20,000) the variety of and ingenuity of these sculptures seems to know no bounds. [via thisiscolossal]
